Embark on a journey of self-discovery with the Polar Express as your guide. Inspired by the film, this grant program is designed to help high school seniors tap into the power of belief and build their confidence. With a focus on education and community service, this program offers an opportunity for students to take a leap of faith and reach their full potential.
Scholarship Value: $1,000
Scholarship Awards: 3 Recipients
Eligibility Requirements

Must be a high school senior

Must have ≥ 3.0+ GPA on a 4.0 scale

Must plan to further education at 2 or 4 year institution or vocational school

Must have ≥ 1040 SAT score OR ≥ 21 ACT score

Must be a Florida resident

Community service requirement: 50 hours
More about Our Inspiration
The Polar Express is a film where a young boy finds himself struggling to believe in Santa Claus. Just like this boy, High School students tend to struggle with belief and usually with themselves. But, when you build the confidence to get on board (a train or a journey) and take a leap of faith then you’ll find something magical.
